BETA TESTER NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of acceptance between Mapages (by Nkul Nexus FZE) ("Company") and the undersigned individual ("Tester"). WHEREAS, the Company wishes to allow Tester to access and test certain beta features and unreleased functionality of the Mapages application, a SaaS product operated by Nkul Nexus FZE; and WHEREAS, the Tester agrees to maintain confidentiality of such materials; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the parties agree as follows: 1. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION "Confidential Information" includes but is not limited to: a) Beta features, functionality, and user interface designs not yet publicly released b) Technical specifications, architecture, and implementation details c) Performance metrics, roadmap, and strategic plans d) Feedback sessions, discussion notes, and internal communications e) Pricing strategies and business models under testing 2. OBLIGATIONS Tester agrees to: a) Use Confidential Information solely for testing purposes authorized by the Company b) Not disclose or share Confidential Information with any third party without prior written consent c) Not publish, post, or share screenshots, videos, or descriptions of unreleased features on social media or public platforms d) Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary information e) Maintain secure access to testing accounts and not share credentials f) Return or destroy all Confidential Information upon request or when testing concludes 3. TESTING DURATION The Tester's access to the beta program is limited to the agreed duration from the date of acceptance, unless extended in writing by the Company. Upon expiration, Tester's account will automatically revert to standard user status with access to released features only. 4. PERMITTED DISCLOSURES Tester may disclose Confidential Information: a) To the extent required by law, with 10 days' prior notice to Company b) To legal counsel under obligation of confidentiality 5. FEEDBACK OWNERSHIP All feedback, suggestions, and bug reports provided by Tester may be freely used by the Company without compensation or attribution. 6. TERM AND TERMINATION This Agreement commences upon acceptance and continues for the Testing Duration, unless earlier terminated by the Company for violation of these terms. Upon termination, all confidentiality obligations remain in effect for 12 months. 7. NO LICENSE This Agreement grants no license or rights to Confidential Information beyond the limited testing purpose. 8. DISCLAIMER The Company makes no warranties regarding beta features. Testing access may be revoked at any time. 9. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by applicable law.
