Mapages is designed for preserving family memories with privacy and respect. This policy ensures a safe, positive environment for all users.

Allowed Uses

• ✓ Upload family photos and personal memories
• ✓ Organize photos into albums and chapters
• ✓ Add text and voice notes to photos
• ✓ Share albums privately with family and friends
• ✓ Use for personal, non-commercial purposes

Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload or share:

• Illegal Content: Content that violates any law
• Infringing Content: Content you don't own or have rights to use
• Harmful Content: Violent, abusive, or graphic content
• Hate Speech: Content promoting hate or discrimination
• Harassment: Content intended to harass, bully, or threaten others
• Sexual Content: Explicit adult content
• Spam: Unsolicited promotional content
• Malware: Files containing viruses or malicious code

Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Use Mapages for commercial photo hosting without permission
• Scrape, spider, or crawl the platform
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the app
• Attempt to breach security or access others' accounts
• Create multiple accounts to bypass storage limits
• Use bots or automated tools without authorization
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Interfere with service availability or performance

Sharing Responsibilities

When sharing albums:

• Only share with people you trust
• Respect privacy of people in photos (get consent before sharing photos of others)
• Don't share albums containing others' private information
• Use password protection for sensitive content
• Revoke share links when no longer needed

Reporting Violations

If you see prohibited content or behavior:

• Report it via our contact form
• Provide: Album/photo link, description of violation, screenshot if relevant
• We investigate all reports within 48 hours

Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in:

1. Warning: First-time minor violations
2. Content Removal: We'll remove prohibited content
3. Account Suspension: Temporary suspension for repeated violations
4. Account Termination: Permanent ban for serious or repeated violations
5. Legal Action: Serious violations reported to law enforcement

Appeal Process

If your content was removed or account suspended:

• Submit your appeal via our contact form
• Include: Account email, description of issue, reason for appeal
• We'll respond within 5 business days

Fair Use of Storage

• Free plan: 500MB limit
• Paid plan: Unlimited, but for personal use
• Excessive abuse (e.g., using Pro to run a commercial photo service) may result in account review

Changes to Policy

We may update this policy. Continued use = acceptance of changes.
